Irish Star: Footage emerges of Donald Trump committing ‘disrespectful’ act at major event

President Trump has been captured on camera doing something that some people deem questionable at a major event. It’s left a lot of people around the world stunned

A clip was recently shared on TikTok, which shows the President appearing to fall asleep while attending a major event. The footage appears to show First Lady, Melania Trump, trying to keep him awake as he dozes off during a National Prayer Service.

Over the video, which shows him closing his eyes and dozing off during a musical performance, the content creator wrote: “Melania makes sure Trump doesn’t turn prayer service into nap time”.

The video has left people stunned, as they can’t believe he would do something that could be considered “disrespectful” at such an important event. It’s claimed he “struggled to stay awake”, causing his wife to subtly intervene.

One person said: “Time to call him sleepy Don.” Another wrote: “Sleepy.”

A third thought it was for good reason though, as they added: “Considering the mess he’s been cleaning up, I say my boy is very tired.”

Yet he whines about “Sleep Joe” Biden? Look in the mirror, Bubba!

Irish Star: Fox News turns on Donald Trump as host makes terrifying five-word confession on tariffs

Maria Bartiromo acknowledged that Donald Trump’s tariffs could potentially lead to a recession just hours after offering a more optimistic perspective before Monday’s market opening

Irish Star: Pam Bondi [Bimbo #3] storms off in silence after refusing to answer questions on migrant claims

Attorney General Pam Bondi was caught skipping out of a press conference as she avoided answering a reporter’s question on migrants without criminal records sent to El Salvador….

“60 Minutes found that 75% of the immigrants who were sent to El Salvador do not have public criminal records. Is that true?” the correspondent asked as Pam Bondi stepped outside to take questions on immigration from reporters.

As part of her reply, Bimbo #3 & Airhead Extraordinaire says:

“So if you committed a murder in our country, we’re gonna keep you here and we’re gonna seek the death penalty and we’re gonna keep you in prison because our victims’ families deserve that, but we don’t have to charge them with every crime. We can deport them and get them out of our country and save room in our prisons because they should have never been in our country to begin with,” she finishes.

Which is a roundabout way of saying that the Venezuelans they’re deporting aren’t really criminals. And the reporter’s follow-up question:

The reporter continues to press her, as Bondi didn’t answer her original question. “So you confirmed they didn’t commit a crime, right?” asked the reporter.

Whereupon Bimbo #3 and Airhead Extraordinaire got flustered and stomped out:

At that point, Bondi turned around and left, ending the press session.

GB News: [F’]Elon Musk’s brother launches extraordinary public attack on Donald Trump

It’s a dog-eat-dog world:

Elon Musk’s younger brother has launched an extraordinary public attack on Donald Trump after the President issued retaliatory tariffs on the world last week.

Kimbal Musk, 52 – a businessman and restaurateur – owns The Kitchen Restaurant Group and is a sitting board member of Tesla.

Now, Kimbal has hit out at Trump’s tariffs, deeming the retaliatory action a “structural, permanent tax on the American consumer”.

Taking his criticism one step further, he branded the Republican the “most high tax American President in generations”.

“Through his tariff strategy, Trump has implemented a structural, permanent tax on the American consumer.

“Even if he is successful in bringing jobs on shore through the tariff tax, prices will remain high and the tax on consumption will remain the form of higher prices because we are simply not as good at making all things,” he added.

Irish Star: Karoline Leavitt [Bimbo #1] gives baffling response when asked about massive tariff on Madagascar

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt addressed concerns about the impact of Trump’s sweeping tariffs on low-income countries with high poverty rates, such as Madagascar.

“The reciprocal tariff rates were implemented by countries were focused on the monetary tariff those countries imposed on the United States, and the non-monetary barriers, making it harder for America to export to these countries,” Leavitt explained.

But in reality:

Madagascar, which has a trade surplus with the United States, is now facing a hefty 47% tariff on all its exports to the US, including vanilla. Despite Madagascar’s minimal dependence on U.S. exports, the steep tariff essentially aims to curb American consumption of over a thousand tons of vanilla annually.

According to Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, who expressed his views on CNBC, Madagascar was accused of “picking on us.”

Major furniture store announces closure as they fire all staff citing Trump’s tariffs on Mexico

A major furniture retailer is closing its doors by the end of the year, they say, making the announcement this week as they also lay off all of their staff members

Progressive Furniture has become one of the first U.S. companies to announce that they’ll be shutting down and laying off all 30 employees by year’s end – citing tariffs on their source factory. It comes as the economist whose work inspired Trump’s tariff plan says the White House got it ‘wrong’.

Progressive Furniture is a branch of Sauder Woodworking located in Claremont, North Carolina. They’re the world’s seventh-largest furniture manufacturer, selling their wares at Walmart, Target, and Home Depot.

He confidently stated that such measures would drive companies back to the US and promised: “So we’re going to be announcing very shortly a major tariff on pharmaceuticals.”

In other words, we’ll treat the pharmaceutical industry like sh*t and they’ll rush back loving us. Fat chance of that!

Law & Crime: ‘No such power … is given to the President’: Full appeals court thwarts Trump’s firing of Biden-appointed board members, setting stage for SCOTUS showdown

A federal appeals court has rejected the Trump administration’s attempt to oust members of two independent federal labor agencies in a pair of back-and-forth cases that will likely set the stage for a showdown at the U.S. Supreme Court and have a profound impact on President Donald Trump’s continued effort to slash the federal workforce.

In a 7-4 vote, the full panel of judges on the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia blocked the president from removing Cathy A. Harris from the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and Gwynne Wilcox from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), reasoning that they were improperly dismissed without cause.

“The government has not demonstrated the requisite ‘strong showing that [it] is likely [to] succeed on the merits’ of these two appeals,” the panel wrote in a three-page per curiam order. “The government likewise has not shown a strong likelihood of success on the merits of its claim that there is no available remedy for Harris or Wilcox, or that allowing the district court’s injunctions to remain in place pending appeal is impermissible.”

Raw Story: ‘Path of lawlessness’: Reagan-appointed judge buries Trump DOJ in scathing ruling

Over the weekend, a Justice Department attorney was put on administrative leave after acknowledging in court that he’d never been given a “satisfactory” answer for why the U.S. government couldn’t return a wrongfully deported immigrant from Venezuela who had been residing in Maryland. Now, the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals is scolding the DOJ’s behavior in a new ruling.

In a unanimous decision on Monday, the court denied President Donald Trump’s administration’s efforts to resist returning Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States by midnight on Monday, wrote Politico legal reporter Kyle Cheney on X.

J. Harvie Wilkinson III, an appointee of former President Ronald Reagan, was particularly scathing in his reaction to government claims that it could not possibly bring Garcia back to the United States despite acknowledging his wrongful deportation.

“The government rightfully concedes that it was an ‘error’ and a ‘mistake’ to ignore this process,” Wilkinson wrote. “And, if it is truly a mistake, one would also expect the government to do what it can to rectify it. Most of us attempt to undo, to the extent that we can, the mistakes that we have made. But, to the best of my knowledge, the government has not made the attempt here. The facts of this case thus present the potential for a disturbing loophole: namely that the government could whisk individuals to foreign prisons in violation of court orders and then contend, invoking its Article II powers, that it is no longer their custodian, and there is nothing that can be done. It takes no small amount of imagination to understand that this is a path of perfect lawlessness, one that courts cannot condone.”
