Mediaite: OOF! DHS Accidentally Tells Ukrainian War Refugees to Self-Deport

The Department of Homeland Security mistakenly emailed Ukrainian war refugees in the U.S. on Friday to inform them they must self-deport.

The message, which DHS has acknowledged was sent in error, told an undisclosed number of people in the country legally under the Ukrainian Humanitarian Parole program that they had seven days to leave the country.

CBS News reported the Thursday email read, “DHS is now exercising its discretion to terminate your parole. Unless it expires sooner, your parole will terminate 7 days from the date of this notice.”

The alert added those who failed to self-deport would “be subject to potential law enforcement actions that will result in your removal from the United States.”

The message concluded, “Again, DHS is terminating your parole. Do not attempt to remain in the United States — the federal government will find you… Please depart the United States immediately.”

What a bunch of f*ck*ng clowns!

Reuters: US military says it will limit disclosing details on strikes in Yemen

The U.S. military said on Sunday it will not reveal specific details about its military strikes in Yemen, citing what it called the need “to preserve operational security” while also saying the strikes had “lethal effects” on Houthi rebels.

Republican President Donald Trump ordered the intensification of U.S. strikes on Yemen last month, with his administration saying it will continue assaulting Iran-backed Houthi rebels until they stop attacking Red Sea shipping.

Recent U.S. strikes have killed dozens, including 74 at an oil terminal in mid-April in what was the deadliest strike in Yemen under Trump so far, according to the Houthi-run health ministry.

Rights advocates have raised concerns about civilian killings and three Democratic senators, including Senator Chris Van Hollen, wrote to Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth on Thursday demanding accounting for loss of civilian lives. Hegseth has also come under fire for using the unclassified messaging system Signal to discuss Yemen attack plans.

So now we’ll have a secret war blissfully unaware of the civilian casualties we are causing?

I can’t wait to see King Donald and Hegseth in the dock at the International Criminal Court alongside Benjamin Netanyahu.

Daily Beast: Leaked Trump Memo Instructs ICE to Break Into Homes Without Warrant

The Trump administration has allowed immigration agents to invade homes without a warrant for over a month, according to a leaked internal memo.

The memo, obtained by USA Today and issued by Attorney General Pam Bondi [Bimbo #3] March 14, orders Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials to break into the homes of suspected members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua without a warrant.

Mediaite: US-Born Immigration Lawyer Tells CNN She Mistakenly Received DHS Email Telling Her To Leave the Country

An immigration lawyer born in the U.S. told CNN she received an email from the Department of Homeland Security telling her she had days to self-deport out of the country.

Nicole Micheroni, who was born in the Boston area, joined CNN’s Boris Sanchez on Tuesday to discuss the email she received and DHS’ explanation for it. According to a DHS statement, some emails were sent to “unintended recipients” because illegal migrants may have provided other people’s emails.

The message to self-deport in seven days used Micheroni’s name and she doubted DHS’ explanation.

ACLU: There’s No Evidence I’m in a Gang — Because I’m Not. But I’ve Been Locked Up for Two Months for Gang Membership.

Trump’s Amerika:

One Friday after school last June,I went to play soccer with friends in the park in Brentwood, New York, where I live. I love the soccer fields there. There are lights and grass, and it feels so much nicer and safer than the fields where I used to play. In El Salvador, where I’m originally from, a gun might go off or gang members might grab a player off the field and beat him up.

Walking home with my friend, Juan* around 8 p.m., I felt good. We ran into a kid we knew from school, Andres,* and he joined us. I knew Andres’ face, and I would say, “Hey, what’s up?” when we ran into each other at school, but I didn’t know him well.

As we were walking, Juan and I started to joke around and shove each other, laughing. All of a sudden, we saw a police car pull up. For months, the police had been stopping me frequently and accusing me of being in a gang. Their “evidence” was based on nothing — a doodle they found in my notebook and people I said hello to at school. I had even asked to meet with the police to explain to them that I’m not in a gang.

I don’t belong locked up. I can’t understand why I’ve been in jail for more than two months. I never belonged to a gang. I never hurt anyone. I never threatened anyone. I fled from the gangs in my country. And I thought I was coming to a country where I would be safe.

Antisemitism vs. prosemitism?

Apparently this is “prosemitic” behavior and is thus deemed acceptable by the Trump regime:

And here’s an unfortunate woman who was mobbed by a bunch of prosemitic thugs in an apparent case of mistaken identity:

But since the thugs are all anti-antisemitic, i.e. prosemitic, that must be cool.

Justice Department Memo Claims Alien Enemies Act Allows Warrantless Home Searches and No Judicial Review

The memo says “Alien Enemies” aren’t subject “to a judicial review of the removal in any court of the United States.”

Newly uncovered guidance from the Justice Department claims the Alien Enemies Act (AEA) allows federal law enforcement officers to enter the houses of suspected gang members without a warrant and remove them from the country without any judicial review.

In a March 14 memorandum, obtained by the open government group Property of the People through a public records request and first reported by USA Today, Attorney General Pam Bondi [Bimbo #3] instructs federal law enforcement officers on how to carry out arrests on members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TDA), which President Donald Trump has declared are “alien enemies” under the AEA.

The Trump administration has refused to disclose many of the operational details of its unprecedented invocation of the 1798 wartime law to send alleged TDA members to a prison in El Salvador under an agreement with that country’s president, Nayib Bukele. The memo is one of the first public glimpses at the Trump administration’s claims that it can identify, pursue, arrest, and deport migrants, unconstrained by the Fourth Amendment or due process.

So it’s now official — Trump and his bitch Bimbo #3 Attorney General Pam Bondi now claim the right to kick in doors and disappear people with no warrant, no hearing, nothing.

Heinrich Himmler would be so proud!

Wall Street Journal: Trump Administration Must Seek to Return Another Wrongly Deported Man, Judge Rules

A second ruling finds that the government wrongly sent a man to an El Salvador prison under wartime law despite legal protections

A federal judge in Maryland has ordered the Trump administration to facilitate the return of another man who was sent to an El Salvador prison as part of the government’s push to swiftly remove alleged members of a Venezuelan gang.

The man, identified only as Cristian in court documents, was born in Venezuela and came to the U.S. as an unaccompanied minor. He and others who came to the country as children reached a settlement agreement with the government in November that prohibited their removal while their asylum applications were pending.
