President Donald Trump took a shot at his billionaire benefactor Elon Musk during a commencement address at the University of Alabama.
The president spoke Thursday night to graduating students, where he aired grievances about the 2020 election, offered advice – “think of yourself as a winner,” “be an original” and “never, ever give up” – and jabbed “internet people” like Musk and other tech moguls, reported The Daily Beast, which framed it as “Trump humiliates Musk.”
“They all hated me in my first term,” the president told students and their families, “and now they’re kissing my a–.”
“It’s true,” he added. “It’s amazing. It’s nicer this way now.”

Associated Press: Trump brands his opponents as ‘communists,’ a label loaded with the baggage of American history
For years, President Donald Trump blamed “communists” for his legal and political troubles. Now, the second Trump administration is deploying that same historically loaded label to cast his opponents — from judges to educators — as threats to American identity, culture and values.
If opposing King Donald makes me a communist, I’ll wear the label proudly!
In fact I have been a Republican for 50 of my 70 years. The current group of corrupt clowns who have taken over the Republican parts just aren’t my type of Republicans. I’ll cast my lot with any commie or lefty who can throw these bums out.
Daily Beast: Elon Musk’s SpaceX Hits Jackpot Under New Trump Budget Plan
President Donald Trump‘s new budget proposal would give SpaceX, Elon Musk‘s rocket company, a huge payday—despite making steep cuts to many areas of government spending.
Trump said in the proposal, sent to Congress Friday, that he wants to make “a down-payment on the development and deployment of a Golden Dome for America, a next-generation missile defense shield” that SpaceX will help build, The New York Times reported.
That project alone could generate billions in federal contracts for the company, the Times observed.
The spending plan also makes Musk’s ambitions to reach Mars a top priority for the government, arguing that “U.S. space dominance” will “strengthen U.S. national security and strategic advantage.”
The corruption continues unabated.
New York Times: In Marin County, There’s Trouble in Teslaville
Tesla’s sleek electric vehicles used to be a status symbol in liberal Mill Valley, Calif. Now, they are despised by many — including those who drive them.
In the parking lots of Mill Valley, Calif., mysterious index cards have surfaced on the windshields of Tesla Model Xs and Model 3s.
“Stop Elon,” they urge in teal script. “Dump your Tesla.”
A few years ago, buying a Tesla in Mill Valley meant that you had money, but were not overly showy. It meant you were a progressive environmentalist who had style.
It meant you belonged.
Ten miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge, tucked into the lush, green hills of Marin County, Mill Valley is an idyllic place to live — for those who are wealthy and liberal.
And for years, Teslas were “the Ferrari for the Patagonia-wearing crowd,” said Nathan Ballard, a political consultant who lives in Mill Valley and owns a black Tesla Model S.
But the sleek electric cars have come to mean something else entirely for Mill Valley residents since the presidential election.
‘I’ll Hook You up to a F*****g Polygraph!’ Hegseth Reportedly ERUPTED at Joint Chiefs Chairman He Suspected of Leaking To the Press
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth went off on the acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff amid a search for a leaker at the Pentagon, according to a report published Thursday in The Wall Street Journal.
The paper said Hegseth was “rattled” after word got out last month that the Pentagon was set to brief Elon Musk on China, where the Tesla CEO has three factories. President Donald Trump denied the report the next day. However, Axios later reported that Trump had canceled the briefing while asking, “What the fuck is Elon doing here?”
During his search for the leaker, Hegseth erupted at Admiral Christopher Grady, who was then the acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.
“I’ll hook you up to a f——-g polygraph!” Hegseth shouted at the admiral, the Journal reported, according to two people familiar with the interaction. The secretary demanded proof that Grady was not the source of the Musk leak. Grady was never polygraphed. Hegseth reportedly threatened others with a polygraph test, including Lt. Gen. Doug Sims, the Joint Chiefs director.
The lowlife former O-3 is trying to terrorize the generals!
Would somebody please put Hegseth back in his sandbox and paddle his impudent ass? Thank you!
Musk Watch: Musk-owned company says it qualifies for federal contracts reserved for small businesses
Trump’s crony & billionaire F’Elon Musk isn’t above looting the treasury by pretending to be a “small” business:
Musk founded Boring in 2017 as a subsidiary of SpaceX. Its raison d’être was rectifying Southern California gridlock via a subterranean transportation network, though it has failed in that regard. In 2018, Musk spun off Boring, making it a privately held company that has largely served to promote his car manufacturer, Tesla. Through the gravity of its founder, carefully staged photo ops, and alleged environmental and labor violations, Boring has maintained media interest throughout its eight years of existence. But it remains the least distinguished of Musk’s companies. It has struggled to generate revenue despite receiving hundreds of millions of dollars in fundraising.
The company, which is based near Austin, Texas, has built just a few miles of commercial tunnels, all of which are located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Its failure to generate substantive business could explain why it would seek federal funding from a White House that has proven to be partial to Musk’s business interests. A senior Trump adviser, Musk also leads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), the White House’s austerity and parapolitical initiative. Steve Davis, the president of the Boring Company, is reportedly in charge of DOGE’s day-to-day operations.

BBC: Tesla whistleblower wins latest legal battle in fight against Musk
Engineer Cristina Balan lost her job after she raised a safety concern in 2014 about a design flaw which could affect the cars’ braking.
Her defamation claim against the firm seemed to have run out of road when a judge confirmed an arbitration decision dismissing her case – but a panel of appeal judges in California has reversed this decision in her favour.
She told BBC News she now wants to face Elon Musk and Tesla in open court.
And:
The engineer was once so prominent at Tesla that her initials were engraved on the batteries inside Model S vehicles.

Raw Story: ‘Fundamental rights’: Jim Jordan comes out swinging against searches of citizens’ data
Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) argued in a Washington Post opinion piece Wednesday, that it’s every Americans’ constitutional right to require the government to obtain a legal warrant based on probable cause before conducting a search on private records.
“That’s a key part of the Bill of Rights and an important protection against government abuse,” Jordan wrote, adding that “short of imminent threats to national security, there is no good excuse for ignoring the Fourth Amendment’s warrant requirement.”
Hello, DOGE? F’Elon Musk?
Mediaite: Sycophantic Pam Bondi [Bimbo #3] Falsely Tells Trump, ‘You Were Overwhelmingly Elected by the Biggest Majority’
President Donald Trump and his cabinet met at the White House on Thursday where, as is customary at Trump cabinet meetings, the attendees took turns praising the president.
Perhaps no official was more obsequious than Attorney General Pam Bondi, who again vowed to prosecute Tesla dealership vandals “to the fullest extent of the law.” But before laying out her accomplishments and to-do list, she paid tribute to Trump.
“President, we’ve had some great wins in the last few days,” she began before falsely stating. “You know, you were overwhelmingly elected by the biggest majority.”
…
“Americans want you to be president because of your agenda,” Bondi continued. “And the courts are ruling that you have the authority to determine how the money of this country will be spent. That’s what the American citizens wanted and that’s what they’re getting.”
Meanwhile back on Earth at ground level, the truth rears its head:
Of the 59 winning presidential campaigns in U.S. history, Trump’s 2024 win ranks 49th in terms of the percentage of the popular vote margin.
You’re truly an incredible suck-up, Bimbo #3!
